Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol
About the role
Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a professional atmosphere through strong customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through established site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor access points and help verify that only authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries enter restricted areas in accordance with site policies.
- Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, operational concerns, and other security-related matters.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
