About the role
As a Security Officer Medical Patrol Driver in North Haven, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.
- Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when required.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal and site procedures.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
