What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and support vehicle and delivery traffic procedures in accordance with location policies.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports on daily activities, unusual events, maintenance issues, and security-related incidents, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and/or site management.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess an EMT certification.
- Have 2+ years of service in a healthcare/medical-related field.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
