• DayTime: Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Fri 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor direction and general assistance needs in a professional manner.
• Support healthcare operations by remaining visible throughout the location, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders during incidents.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
