About the role
As a Security Officer Medical Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and/or unsecured access points.
- Help to deter unauthorized access, loitering, and/or disruptive behavior by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring assigned areas.
- Support access control activities by checking credentials, directing foot traffic, and communicating with staff and/or first responders during routine and emergency situations.
Requirements
- Hospital vaccination requirements must be met.
- The client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills
- Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
