About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role requires a TWIC card and focuses on building meaningful connections through excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors and guide them
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols
- Inspect security equipment
- Respond to incidents
- Communicate security concerns
- Ensure safety and protection
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone & computer proficiency
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- State license if required

Pay
$16.48 per hour with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees.
Schedule
- Schedule 1: Monday 3:30am-5:30pm and Wednesday-Thursday 3:30am-5:30pm (31.5 hours per week)
- Schedule 2: Saturday and Sunday 3:30am-5:30pm (28 hours per week)
