About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in manufacturing and industrial environments. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and report unusual activity or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Requirements

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
