Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property grounds, parking areas, common areas, building perimeters, and designated interior locations.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and complete required incident reports while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
