Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Kihei, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or property observations, and communicate relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
