- DayTime: Monday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, while helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, entry procedures, and policy compliance in a professional manner.
- Support a healthcare environment by helping to maintain order in public areas and assisting staff with security-related concerns as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
