Security Officer Licensed TWIC Patrol Driver
About the role
As a Security Officer Licensed TWIC Patrol Driver in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a chemical and petrochemical location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or conditions requiring a security-related response.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor requirements, and report unauthorized or suspicious activity according to post orders and site policies.
- Support daily operations by completing reports, maintaining detailed activity logs, and assisting with security-related procedures during routine operations, deliveries, and/or site events.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- A TSA issued TWIC is required.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
