Job Description

As a Security Officer Healthcare Patrol in Greeley, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support people with strong customer service and communication.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government housing location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or property-related issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public-facing areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support orderly movement of people, and address questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and support Allied Universal standards for professionalism, appearance, and customer-focused service.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare/medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
