As a Security Officer Healthcare Security Full Time in Roanoke, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol hospital areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving patients, visitors, staff, and hospital operations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
- Assist with access control, visitor management, and directions to support an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and location personnel.
