About the Role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Risk Prevention Patrol in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• Have at least one year of law enforcement experience, two years of experience as a Security Supervisor or Manager, or three years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• Hold a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour
