Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response

About the role

As a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response Security Officer in De Soto, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, document observations, and communicate with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and provide clear handoffs to Allied Universal team members.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (required for this driving position).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and locality and may be required prior to employment.

$22.28 / hour
