Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver
About the role
As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Renton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Aero/Defense. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position involves using communication and computer skills while working with a collaborative team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific visitor, employee, and contractor access procedures.
- Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Applicants will also be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

- Thursday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
- Sunday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
