Security Officer - Full Time Unarmed Mobile Coverage

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Coverage in Arlington, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
