Security Officer Full Time - Unarmed Mobile Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed - Mobile Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier hospitality location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of club facilities, guest areas, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, directing guests and vendors as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns through accurate reports and shift communications.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour. Position Type: Full Time. Schedule: Day time, Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
