About the role

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing guests, and help maintain an orderly environment during business and non-business hours.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Schedule: Thursday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Saturday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
