As a Security Officer Full Time Security Clearance Alarm Dispatch in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate responses to alarms, access control activity, and other security-related incidents while maintaining clear communication with personnel and emergency responders. You will monitor systems, document activity, and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by following site‑specific procedures for an aerospace and defense billing operations location.
• Monitor incoming communications, dispatch security‑related personnel and/or appropriate responders to routine incidents, alarms, service requests, and critical situations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident records, documenting calls, assignments, response status, and relevant details in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance (required).
• Alarm panel experience (preferred).
• Access control and badge experience (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour
