Security Officer Full Time Patrol Communications

The position is a Full‑Time Patrol Communications Security Officer in Los Indios, TX, serving clients in technology, media, telecommunications, and other industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology‑focused location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility—including offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations—while documenting observations and unusual activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and assigned systems in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a professional environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements required by state or local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
