Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol Deterrence

About the role

As a Full Time Driver Patrol Security Officer in Waipahu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Commercial Real Estate. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a commercial storage property.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of storage areas, drive lanes, entrances, gates, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for security-related observations and occurrences.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements (C123).
• Guard card/license is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$20.00 / hour

• Thursday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
