Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol

About the role

As a Full Time Driver Patrol Security Officer in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Logistics & Distribution. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. This role requires a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and provides outstanding customer service while supporting site operations through teamwork and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, vehicle entrances, employee access points, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and delivery activity, and reporting unusual conditions.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Pay

$19.40 per hour.

• Wednesday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Thursday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Friday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Saturday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sunday: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
