Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol

About the role

As an Unarmed Driver Patrol Security Officer in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as financial institutions. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires operating in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor authorization as required, and assist with directing guests in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (required for this driving position).
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$18.54 per hour.

Schedule

• Daytime shift: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
