Security Officer - Full Time Alarm Panel Response

About the Role

As a Security Officer - Full Time Alarm Panel Response in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a commercial location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms, document observations using computer or tablet systems, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $23.40 / Hour
• Schedule: Daytime, Monday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
