About the Role

As a Security Guard Full Time Alarm Panel Response in Fort Mill, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, clear communication with employees and visitors, and documenting security-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, office spaces, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter; report unusual conditions or hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and deterring unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and effectively, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and security-related observations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification.
• Access control and badge experience.
• Customer service experience.

Pay

$20.27 / Hour

Schedule

• Tuesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
