As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage site entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
- Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving locations, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
- Support site operations by monitoring inbound and outbound traffic, following established vehicle access procedures, and completing required activity reports and incident documentation.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay
Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour
