Security Officer - Full Time - Afternoons

About the role

As a Security Officer – Full Time – Afternoons in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Food/Beverage. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while reporting observations and responding to routine concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, shipping and receiving locations, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation in accordance with site requirements.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$18.00 / Hour

• Monday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Wednesday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
