Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Access Operations in Bay Minette, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor and employee access, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
- Control access by verifying employee, contractor, visitor, and vendor credentials and authorizations before permitting entry.
- Monitor entrances, gates, access control systems, and vehicle traffic, and document access-related activity and irregularities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements
- A Guard Card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
