Security Officer - Front Desk

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Maumelle, AR. The role requires a high focus on customer service due to the nature of the work, which involves interacting with people on all shifts in various settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Monitor CCTV camera

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Valid state license in the U.S.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $15.00. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!

Schedule

Part-time, Monday - Wednesday: 1:00pm - 11:00pm, Evenings (30hrs/week)
