- Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour
- Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Thur 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, Fri 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front desk location within a manufacturing and industrial facility by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor access records.
- Monitor access points, cameras, alarm panels, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
- Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general site information, and support access control procedures for employees, vendors, and authorized guests.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
