As a Security Officer Front Desk in Boynton Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication to students, staff, and visitors while helping promote a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and students while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in an educational healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, student, and vendor activity; report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, site representatives, and emergency responders as needed.

Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Schedule: Daytime, Wednesday through Friday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
