Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, visitor screening, badge verification, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identities and credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in support of site access requirements and other security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help support access restrictions and identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, and vendors regarding entry procedures, restricted areas, and other site rules while supporting a professional and customer-focused environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
