What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document access-related activity in accordance with site policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, restricted spaces, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and support security-related operations.
  • Assist with visitor processing, badge distribution, and/or escort procedures while maintaining accurate records and reporting unusual activity, maintenance issues, and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience preferred.
  • Be able to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
