Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, government location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, public areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control activities, follow post orders, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
