Pay Rate
$25.00 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and/or perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify concerns to report.
- Monitor access activity and observe the location for changes in conditions, then document and communicate security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contacts.
- Support day-to-day operations by assisting with post orders, following client-facing standards, and maintaining a professional presence during all assigned shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
