Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal property in accordance with site policies to help support a professional entry process at a fast-paced technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels when needed.
• Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or credential verification processes to help support authorized access and report unusual activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting security-related concerns and documenting observations according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
