Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions that may need attention.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas while maintaining awareness of people, property, and/or site activity.
- Complete routine documentation and communicate observations, incidents, and/or concerns with supervisors and site contacts as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
