$15.50 / Hour
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting local law enforcement and/or emergency services when appropriate for an armed post.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe suspicious behavior, and document security-related incidents according to site protocols.
- Prepare clear, detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant information to store management, Allied Universal leadership, and/or responding authorities.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card for Texas only.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
