Pay Rate

$22.64 - $23.64 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, and documenting entry activity in accordance with location policies.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional lobby experience within a healthcare location while helping to address security-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations at the front desk with professionalism, and communicate with onsite contacts when needed.
• Support badge access, visitor management, package handling, and other reception-related duties tied to security-related operations at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
