Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, routine requests, and incident notifications to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Maintain communication systems, maintain activity logs and incident records, and relay time-sensitive information to site leadership and/or responding personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communications during medical, fire, facility, and other security-related events.
- Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer status, documenting assignments, and communicating updates related to the business and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
