Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, assist with crowd and/or line management, and support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and employee activity and reporting concerns to site contacts.
• Communicate with store leadership, fellow personnel, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, suspicious behavior, hazards, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
Job Schedule: DayTimeSun
03:30 PM - 11:30 PM
