Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk duties at an education location.
- Monitor lobby and reception activity, assist with visitor check-in, review identification and/or credentials, and help to control access in accordance with location policies.
- Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Maintain awareness of front desk activity, document security-related concerns and/or unusual events, and help to support emergency response activities as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role
This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.
Qualifications
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
