Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while maintaining readiness for an armed post assignment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and common areas, observe and report suspicious behavior, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Support property operations by communicating with tenants, guests, and first responders when needed, and by providing clear, timely reports on daily activities and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
