Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.
- Monitor the front desk area, greet guests, confirm visitor information, and support access control processes in line with site expectations.
- Respond to incidents, calls for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Complete required logs, reports, and front desk documentation related to visitor activity, deliveries, and other security-related matters.
- Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive activity through a professional presence, strong attention to detail, and consistent front desk support.
Minimum Requirements
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
