Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor entry and exit points at a utilities location, verify credentials and/or identification, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with post orders.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant security-related details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Screen visitors, contractors, and deliveries, maintain accurate access records, and support badge, key, and/or credential control processes.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, access issues, and/or maintenance concerns that could affect security-related operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
Pay
