Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access procedures, credential verification steps, and visitor management protocols at an industrial location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, screen visitors and/or deliveries, and document arrivals, departures, and other access activity to help support security-related operations.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate reporting channels when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
- Assist with badge checks, key and card access processes, and restricted area control while maintaining accurate logs and clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
