Responsibilities

• Greeting and thanking customers as they enter and exit the gaming facility
• Makes sure customers are of age by checking ID
• Very Guest Service oriented
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance
• Must be able to read and write to ensure report completion
• Must be able to work rotational shifts
• Security experience helpful but not necessary
• Must be able to stand/walk/sit for extended periods
• May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment
• Must be at least 21
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing
• Must be able to pass a background investigation
• Subject to pre-employment drug screening
• High School Diploma or equivalent
