Security Officer Driving Patrol Associate

About the role

As a Security Officer Driving Patrol Associate in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, following post instructions and reporting unauthorized entry attempts or other security-related concerns.
• Communicate with site contacts, fellow personnel, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, hazards, and ongoing security-related matters.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
