About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Security Patrol in Hampton, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as aerospace and defense. This unarmed patrol role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, restricted-access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and patrol findings to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

Pay rate: $18.50 per hour.

Schedule

• Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Thursday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
• Friday: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
